Professional Indemnity Insurance

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is QBE European Operations, of Plantation Place, 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD.

​

The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada, and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.

Registered Auditor

We are registered to carry on audit work in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Details of our audit registration can be viewed at www.auditregister.org.uk under reference number C008460693.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide you with a fully satisfactory service, and Philip Goodman will seek to ensure that this is so. However, if you have any complaints, would you please make them in writing to this firm. If you are unable to resolve the matter with the firm, then you may of course take the matter up with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, by whom we are regulated.

- To satisfy any compliance, regulatory and legal requirements (if applicable) such as the requirement for us to identify new clients.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

Your details will be held for six years after we cease to act for you. You may curtail this at any time by writing to, or emailing us at philip@goodmanandco.com. This is subject to the requirement to retain records in line with HMRC and other professional guidelines.

 

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

 

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR). A small fee may be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to Goodman & Co., 14 Basing Hill, London NW11 8TH.

 

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to, or e-mail us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
